The product is an inventory control, security and awareness system that can be used by associations of different sizes or capacities. The system is based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and it is a control system that shows who and when the weapons of the inventory were removed by the software developed by ATEL engineers.
Control: Personnel may only take out the weapon or weapons that they are authorized to unarm. When the date and time that personnel return the gun is entered into the system, AWIMS warns those responsible in various ways if the weapon does not return within the specified time.
Awareness: The number, type, serial number and other features of the weapons in the gun can be monitored and reported at any time and all information about the personnel and the reasons for the gun being out are constantly under control. It also contributes to the maintenance of maintenance activities by alerting the relevant personnel to weapons and systems that are due for maintenance.
Security: Unwanted events can be prevented in advance in accordance with the information provided by closed circuit cameras and RFID tags affixed to the gun, and malicious behaviors or mistakes of the armed personnel are prevented.
